Preparing Your Data

To prepare to import make sure that you have all of your files in order. You will need.

1.	The Access File containing your current data.

2.	A CD or Zip file containing all the images, photos, docs, maps and sketches that are attached to your current records.

3.	Access to the server.

4.	3 configured Datasources - 2 SQL and 1 Access. See the section on Datasource Configuration for more information on the datasource requirements.
