Editing Users

If you wish to edit user information you may do so by selecting the user from the tabular list at the bottom of the user manager and clicking on the "edit" link.

 

The information for the user will be loaded into the form and you will see an "update user" and "delete user" at the bottom.

Edit the information and click update.

User Information Requirements

User Must belong to at least 1 group to have login access.
User must be "active" to successfully login to the toolkit
The password must be at least 5 characters long and cannot be the same as the username. It also cannot be the word "password".
Name, Username, Password, Phone, and Email are all required.

You may want to keep a user from logging in without removing his information from the database. To do so, "de-select" the check box next to "active User" and click on the "update User" button.
